Beyond Barriers Global Initiative (BBGI) is a non-profit and non-governmental organisation focused on caring for physical and healthcare needs of the young and elderly people in poor communities of africa and all over the world.

The initiative seeks to meet basic nutritional need of vulnerable children as well as healthcare needs of adults and the elderly that seeks to reduce the growing scourge of hypertension and diabetes in poor and rural communities. it leverages on world class competences on modern means of effective prevention and management of non-communicable diseases to improve capacity of health care providers around the rural communities to train and transfer world class skills. The BBGI is registered under the companies and allied matters Act No. 1, 1990, PARTC of the Nigerian Corporate Affairs commission of Nigeria an also in the USA.

OUR MISSION
> visit motherless babies homes in poor rural communities with food, clothing and personal effects
> provide basic health education and care to adult poor rural dwellers on hypertension/ diabetes control and management
> public awareness and on effective management of non communicable diseases like diabetes, hypertension etc.
> public education on preventive and effective management of non- communicable diseases.
> we train health workers living in the rural communities.

OUR AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:
1. To help the uder-privileged by meeting their physical, medical, material needs
2. To care for, assist, cater for and empower orphans, widows, the less privileged, deprived aged persons, poor and vulnerable children and physically challenged in the society.
3. Rendering humanitarian services and social works.
4. To embark on moral social and intellectual development of indigent youths.
5. To organize seminars, workshops and lectures that mitigate against all forms of child abuse, child labor and crimes against children.
6. To engage rural community leaders and stakeholders on the right of every child to education.
